Call from customer today that all three ipads could suddenly not log into a Thinstuff focus rdp server after working just fine for weeks. After reviewing all of the settings, I was trying to think of a way I could test all of the settings and the “server”. I can NOT think of anyway to remotely test these settings other than on-site with a ipad…
Has anyone come up with a “remote” way to test all of the needed settings on a Focus RDP server?
This is a bit of a weak link in our remote support..
