Help! We have a customer with a batch from Saturday night that will not post. The error message is Error 531: no response from processor. The batches before and after post fine. The First Data contacts we have are worthless. Datawire confirmed that it is hitting the datawire. We are going to send again this morning and contact them to see if we get the same answer twice. If anyone has a contact that actually can help that would be awesome or if you have experienced this we would really appreciate the help.
