SNBC BTP-R180II Image Command

Hey All,

We got the SNBC BTP-R180II Thermal Printers in for one of our newest installations and found the Epson emulation HEX codes don’t print the image that’s downloaded to the printer. Did some searching through their manuals and came up with a code that works perfect. This is for when the image is downloaded to the FLASH and not RAM.

If you need to make a custom image code, I followed this;
Format for image is: Hex 1C 7(i) n xL xH yL yH zL zH d1 d2 d3 …d(k)
· i is the image # stored to printer
· n specifies the number of the defined NV bitmap
· yL, yH specifies ( yL + yH × 256) × 8 dots in the horizontal direction for the NV bitmap.
· zL, zH specifies ( zL + zH × 256) × 8 dots in the vertical direction for the NV bitmap.

Hopefully this saves someone some time when using these printers.
