Focus Mobile supports iOS 6.01 devices. Please follow the recommended guidelines when setting up the supported devices.
Restrictions
All devices must be configured with 'Guided Access' so users cannot exit Focus Mobile without a password. Passwords need to follow PCI compliance requirements for strong passwords and password rotation. We require that the wireless network is not configured with DNS to restrict Internet access from all mobile devices.
