Purpose

The Events Window is used to configure Events to automatically run selected reports.

 

Accessing the Events Window

While in Focus Enterprise, select Setup > Events.

Field	Description
Name	A name for the Event, up to 15 alphanumeric characters.
Status	Active The Event is Active and will run at the Active Time. Inactive The Event is Inactive and will not run.
Report	The Report that will be automatically ran.
Active Time	The Active Time determines when the Event will run (see also Time Ranges).
