Void Comparison Report

Purpose

The Sample Void Comparison Report, shown below, is designed to display the Store ID, Net Sales, Void Amount, Void Percentage and the Variance between a store’s Void Percentage and the corporate average.

Description

Store ID

Column 1

Displays the Restaurant Name established in Setup > Restaurants > Name.

Start Date

Column 2

Displays the starting date for the selected date range.

Sales Amount

Column 3

Displays the Net Sales amount for the restaurant for the selected date range.

Void Amount

Column 4

Displays the Void dollar amount for the restaurant for the selected date range.

Void Percentage

Column 5

Calculates the percentage of Voids to Net Sales.

Variance

Column 6

Compares the individual store’s Void Percentage to the corporate average.

Totals

Net Sales	Column 3 Displays the total Net Sales for all restaurants.
Void Amount	Column 4 Displays the total Void Amount for all restaurants.
Void Percentage	Column 5 Displays the average Void Percentage for all restaurants.
