Field

Description

Item

The Menu Item Guest Check Name.

Units

The number of units sold.

Net Sales

Net Sales (net of Item Discounts) for the Menu Item.

% of Sales

Net Sales to Grand Total Sales percentage for the Menu Item.

Unit Cost

The Cost of the Menu Item.

Total Cost

Units Sold multiplied by Unit Cost.

% of Cost

The Menu Item Cost divided by the Total Cost for the report.

Cost/Sales

The Total Cost divided by Net Sales and displayed as a percentage.

Gross Profit

Net Sales minus Total Cost.

Profit/Sales

The Gross Profit divided by Net Sales and displayed as a percentage.

Grand Totals

Units

The number of units sold.

Net Sales

Total Net Sales (net of Item Discounts) for all Menu Items.

% of Sales

Net Sales to Grand Total Sales percentage for all Menu Item.

Total Cost

Total Cost for all Menu Items.

% of Cost

Total Menu Item Cost divided by the Total Cost for the report.

Cost/Sales

The Total Cost divided by Total Net Sales and displayed as a percentage.
