Purpose

The procedure to Refund a credit card is described below.

Procedure to Refund or “Return” a Credit Card

▪ While in the Refund Window, Click New.

▪ Select the Payment type.

▪ Enter the account number of the credit card.

▪ Enter the expiration date of the credit card.

▪ Enter the amount of the refund.

▪ Click OK.
