Purpose

The Loyalty Transactions Report displays the loyalty card number, store, date, check number, plan name, type, award issued, points posted, points redeemed, dollars posted and dollars redeemed for the specified date range.

 

Running a Loyalty Transactions Report

While logged into myFocus, navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Loyalty Transactions Report.

Field	Description
Card Number	The loyalty card number.
Store	The store the transaction was processed.
Date	The transaction date.
Check #	The check number associated with the transaction.
Plan Name	The plan associated with the transaction.
Type	The transaction type. Post Points were added to the account. PointsAdjust Points were manually added or subtracted to the account. RedeemPoints An award was issued.
Award	The award that was issued for the transaction.
Points +	The number of points posted.
Points -	The number of points redeemed.
Amt +	The dollar amount posted.
Amt -	The dollar amount redeemed.
Totals	Points + The total number of points posted. Points - The total number of points redeemed. Amt + The total dollar amount posted. Amt - The total dollar amount redeemed. Total Transactions The total number of transactions for the period. Total Rewards Redeemed The total number of Awards redeemed for the period.
