Loyalty Member Visits   

Purpose

The Loyalty Member Visits Report displays the loyalty card number, the customer’s first and last name, e-mail address, number of visits, the item they ordered most and their last visit.

 

Running a Loyalty Member Visits Report

While logged into myFocus, navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Loyalty Member Visits.

Field

Description

Plan Name

If no plan is selected as a filter, each plan is displayed with the following fields.

Card Number

The loyalty card number.

First Name

The customer’s first name.

Last Name

The customer’s last name.

E-mail

The customer’s e-mail address.

# Visits

The number of times the customer has ordered an item included in the plan.

Favorite Item

The menu item the customer has ordered the most within the plan.

# Ordered

The number of times the customer has ordered the Favorite Item.

Last Visit

The date the customer last ordered an item within the plan.

Totals

# Visits
