Purpose
Import may be used to
add employees from external human resource or payroll processing sources.
Restrictions
The format of the
file to be imported should be as follows. The first line should contain the
field names to be imported in quotes followed by commas but no spaces. The
example below will import the employee’s First Name, Last Name, Nickname, City
and State.

Procedure for Importing Employees

Access the Setup
> Employees > Employees Window.
·
Click Tools and then click Import.

the file containing the import information and click OK. The imported employee
records will now appear in the Employee List.
