Hourly Report   

Purpose

The Hourly Report displays sales and labor information for intervals within a pre-defined time range.

 

Accessing the Hourly Report Options

While in Focus Setup, select Reports > Setup > Hourly Report.

Option

Description

Name

The Name of the report, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

Start Time

The starting time for the report.

End Time

The ending time for the report.

Interval

The Interval allows the report to be displayed for incremental periods within the time range. For example, if the Interval is set to “15” then the report will display sales and labor information in 15 minute Intervals from the Start Time to the End Time.

Labor

None

Labor information will not be shown on the report.

Job Totals

Jobs

The selected Jobs are used to calculate the Labor Cost and Total Labor %.

Total

Jobs

The selected Jobs are used to calculate the Total Labor %.

Sales

Report Groups

Report Group Sales will be displayed.

Total

Total Report Group Sales will be displayed.

File Format

Text

The report will be exported as a text file.

Comma Delimited

The report will be exported in a comma delimited format.

Printer

Check

The report will be printed on the Check Printer for the Station.

Report

The report will be printed on the Report Printer for the Station.
