Export

Purpose

The Export Gift Cards Window is used to export gift card information.

Accessing the Gift Card Auto Create Window

While in Focus Setup, select Customers > Gift Cards > Export.

Field	Description
File Name	Specify the path for the export file.
$Description: C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Setup v. 11.1.4\Setup\miscimages\all.png$	Moves all items in the Available Fields list to the Included Fields list.
$Description: C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Setup v. 11.1.4\Setup\miscimages\insertbetween.png$	Moves the selected item in the Available Fields list to the position above the selected item in the Included Fields list.
$Description: C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Setup v. 11.1.4\Setup\miscimages\insertlast.png$	Moves the selected item in Available Fields list to the last position in the Included Fields list.
$Description: C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Setup v. 11.1.4\Setup\miscimages\removefromlist.png$	Moves the selected item from the Included Fields list to the Available Fields list.
$Description: C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Setup v. 11.1.4\Setup\miscimages\moveup.png$	Moves the selected item in the Included Fields list up one position.

Field	Description
Account #	The gift card account number.
Balance	The current gift card balance.
Activated	The gift card status. (0 denotes Inactive, 1 denotes Activated)
Disabled	The gift card is disabled.
Loyalty Plan 1-4	The Loyalty Plan associated with the gift card.
