Purpose
The Employees Menu
contains a variety of options for managing employees and maintaining detailed
employment records. The Employee Menu is used by authorized personnel to enter and
maintain Employee Name, Address, Contact Information, Employment Status Information,
Job Rights and Labor Groups. An unlimited number of employees may be entered.
The ability to enter or view employee information is carefully controlled by Job Rights. Only those users who have the designated
employee Job Rights will be able to access the Employee Module.
Accessing the Employee Window
While in Focus Setup,
select Employees.
