Item Count Cumulative Report   

Purpose

The Item Count Cumulative Report displays a count of items sold by the Day, Week, Month and Year.

 

Accessing the Item Count Cumulative Report Options

While in Focus Setup, select Reports > Setup > Item Count Cumulative Report.

Field

Description

Name

The Name of the report, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

Include Totals for Each Price

Menu Items ordered with multiple prices will be displayed on separate lines and totaled.

Include Zero Price Items

Menu Items with a zero price will be displayed on the report.

Current Employee

The employee running the report will only see the Menu Items that they sold. This option allows an employee to view their item counts without viewing other employee’s counts.

Primary Sort Options

Report Group
Menu Items will be sorted and totaled by Report Group.
Sort Key
Menu Items will be sorted and totaled by Sort Key.
Item
Menu Items will be sorted by the Menu Item Check Name.

Secondary Sort

Name
Menu Items will be sorted by the Menu Item Check Name.
Units Sold
Menu Items will be sorted by the number of Units Sold.
Sales
Menu Items will be sorted by the Sales amount.

Menu Item Filter

The Menu Item Filter determines the Menu Items that will appear on the report. If a Menu Item Filter is not specified then all Menu Items are displayed.

Start Time

The starting time of the report.

End Time

The ending time of the report.

Order Type

Menu Items with the selected Order Type will display on the report.
