Purpose
The Availability
Window is used to enter the times an employee is available to work.

Fields

Description |

Start Date |
The date that
the employee’s availability schedule begins. |

End Date |
The date that
the employee’s availability schedule ends. |
|
In |
The time the
employee is available to start work. |
|
Out |
The latest
time the employee is available to work. |
Procedure to Enter
Availability
▪ Select the Employee.
▪ Enter the Start Date
and End Date.
▪ Enter the Time In
and Time Out that the employee is able to work. The second group of
"In" and "Out" is for a second shift during the day.
▪ Click Save and
Close.
