Availabilty   

Purpose

The Availability Window is used to enter the times an employee is available to work.

Field
Description
Start Date
The date that the employee’s availability schedule begins.
End Date
The date that the employee’s availability schedule ends.
In
The time the employee is available to start work.
Out
The latest time the employee is available to work.

 

Procedure to Enter Availability

Select the Employee.

Enter the Start Date and End Date.

Enter the Time In and Time Out that the employee is able to work. The second group of "In" and "Out" is for a second shift during the day.

Click Save and Close.
